The Food Market, for the third year in succession, has won the 2012 Eat In Award for the Best Market in the Eastern Region.  This is what was said about the Market.

Other producers from KZN did very well at the Eat In Awards in Cape Town this year.  There were two winners in the Small Produce Awards section - Simon and Roche from Chuck and Bobs who won this award for their whole meat curing business -  and Swissland Cheese from the Midlands for their St Maure cheese. Richard and Dave from Enaleni Farm in Pietermaritzburg won the South African Heritage Award for their excellent work.
